playing at Guitarland
Here I am singing at a benefit for Van Wilks, at his "Guitarland" complex in S. Austin. Also on hand for the benefit were Lisa Tingle, Dave Sebree, as well as Josh and Pauly, who I also played with briefly (too briefly!).

Saw John Waite in Dallas area with Nancy...and snapped this pic of them together...another great voice! He sounded incredible and was really "on".

I've been playing keyboards (!) in a cover band with Lisa Tingle called "Pie", along with Pauly, Michael Blake and Jerry Quintanilla. Here we are playing a private party in Houston at an Itailian restaurant....

Here's me at the RCA Dome watching the Colts play! Turns out we lost to the Chargers, 28-24, but it was still an incredible experience, having been a Colts fan since 1994 and finally getting to see them. This turned out to be the last NFL game ever played at the RCA Dome before it was dismantled.

Well, I wanted to do this last year during the playoffs, but this year I did it - I flew to Indianapolis to see the Colts play at the RCA Dome! The big bonus is, my cousins flew in to do the same thing, so we got to meet up. Here we are (Chris, Scott and me) at a sports bar the night before the big game. We were rooting for the Jags to beat the Patriots (didn't happen).
The photo below is of Scott being interviewed by a CBS sportscaster who was covering the fan layoff hoopla in Indy.

Clint and Catherine were in town for Clint's "surprise" 50th birthday party at the Broken Spoke, and I snapped this photo of the two of them, with the flash going off after I had already moved the camera, which gives the neon lights in the background a 'psychedelic" look.
